We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our organisation. This role involves managing various HR functions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, 2 years experienc dealing with employment law and excellent communication abilities. and ideally worked in a care setting. Responsibilities
Manage and update employee data
Oversee data entry tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to facilitate talent acquisition processes through Salesforce and social media management tools.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programmes and maintain accurate records.
Support HR projects
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with organisational policies.
Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Assist in organising training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related events.
Contribute to maintaining positive employee relations through effective communication and support.
Requirements
2 Years experience of dealing with employment law
Ideally worked in a care setting
Strong administrative experience with excellent data entry skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of human resources best practices and employment legislation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
