Job Description

We are working with a well-established and growing property company based in South London that is looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive HR professional to join a people-focused business during an exciting period of growth.
The role
This position will play a key role in supporting the Head of HR and partnering with managers across the organisation. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day HR support as well as guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and broader people initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising and coaching managers on a range of HR and employee relations matters
  • Supporting the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures
  • Overseeing recruitment processes and managing onboarding for new employees
  • Assisting with training and development initiatives across the business
  • Maintaining HR records and contributing to regular reporting
  • Playing an active role in wider HR projects and continuous improvement work
  • Supporting with payroll
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a property, retail or hospitality
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • A confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is preferred
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously
