We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Workforce Analyst within Human Resources Shared Services. Could you be who we are looking for?
About the role and your key responsibilities:
Your role will contribute to evidence-based decision making through the provision of accurate and timely workforce information reports and the discovery of new insights into data on a variety of key workforce planning topics.
You will collect, review and interpret a range of employment related information, and produce concise, well-structured and professionally presented performance analysis products.
Your role will be Mon-Fri with an element of flexibility afforded to working hours. The position will be based at South Wales Police Headquarters, Cowbridge Road, Bridgend CF31 3SU. This role is suitable for part time/job share workers.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working with complex data in a large organisation.
We are keen to hear from you if you have a good understanding of the issues affecting workforce planning and resource management in a policing environment.
The successful candidate must have a high level of computer literacy, including tools to assist with analysing and presenting data.
