Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources and Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a busy, supportive practice, working alongside a well-established team dedicated to providing high-quality staff support.

In this role, you will work closely with our Human Resources Manager, Human Resources and Finance Officer, and Partners to support both HR and finance functions across the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Human Resources:



Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff induction processes Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records Monitoring staff training, professional development, and compliance records Support performance review documentation and general HR correspondence Ensure adherence to workplace policies, employment legislation, and health and safety requirements

Finance:



Support payroll administration, timesheets, and staff leave management Assist with invoice processing, expense management, and financial record keeping Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate and timely financial administration Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and audits as required

General Administration:



Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, Human Resources and Finance Officer, and Partners Assist with internal communications and coordination of staff information Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

About You:



The ideal candidate will be organised, professional, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will have previous experience in Human Resource and/or finance administration and be comfortable managing confidential information with discretion.

We are seeking someone who can work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude.
