We are looking for a caring and resilient HR Apprentice to join our busy HR Team. You will have a real interest in engaging with people and making a positive impact, providing a comprehensive HR service across our five departments.
Expect to work across the HR spectrum of disciplines and work towards the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be an outstanding HR professional. You will use your strong organisational skills to provide effective administrative support to our Human Resources and Learning & Development Teams.
As you progress through your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to be involved in supporting the line managers and employees with tasks such as recruitment and learning to provide advice and assist with learning and development activities.
This post is based in a friendly team where you will receive excellent support and on-the-job-training and the opportunity to study for a HR qualification. What's more, you'll gain valuable work and life skills to help you launch a career in your chosen field.
