Robert Half are proud to be exclusively partnering with a global Media and Production company, based in Central London. This is a newly created position, reporting directly into the Head of HR in building the newly created Human Resources function. The company have recently received new investment which is going to focus on people and culture and growing the organisation. This position is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start out their Human Resources career, and be exposed to the full lifecycle in great depth.
Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support across the full Human Resources lifecycle from an operational perspective, in partnership with the Head of HR. This will include; onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, benefits, queries, project work
- Be the first point of contact for all recruitment and manage the process end to end
- Support on the initial stages of employee relations cases
- Any other duties as required
- Some office experience in an operational or an administrative function is helpful
- A desire to pursue a career in HR is a must
- Be computer literate - knowledge of how to use excel, systems, MS suite as a whole
- Good interpersonal skills
