About the Role:

We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant in our HR Operations Team. This is a dynamic role supporting the provision of professional advice, guidance and management information & analysis to employees and managers in relation to HR policies, procedures and processes, and supporting HR related projects that enable the Council to deliver its service priorities.

About the Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who is able to use systems to access, manipulate and maintain data and research, analyse and produce options / outcomes through logical reasoning skills. You will have experience of producing and analysing statistical reports and providing advice on non-complex issues to effective resolution. You will have effective interpersonal skills and will relish building positive relationships.

Above all, you\'ll be passionate about delivering an excellent HR service and delivering fantastic things for our employees and residents. This is an excellent opportunity if you are interested in developing a career in Human Resources.
