As our HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR manager to help deliver meaningful people initiatives to our headcount of 200 employees, support operational excellence and contribute to building a positive and engaging employee experience. These will be some of the duties you will perform in your role.



Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews. Maintain accurate employee records and manage data entry tasks within HRIS systems. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly. Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation and collation of employee liability information (ELI) during TUPE processes. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture. Support performance management processes and maintain proper documentation of appraisals. Accurately process payroll information for all staff every payroll period. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and employee relations in a timely manner.

What Skills and Experience do you need to possess?



A-Levels or equivalent CIPD level 3 (or working towards it) is desirable. Proficient in HRIS systems such as BrightHR is desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping. Previous administrative experience within a human resources environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with payroll software is desirable. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
