Annual Salary: 45,000 to 50,000 depending on experience

About the Role
You'll work in a small HR team reporting to the HR Manager at our busy food manufacturing site. The role is varied, covering all areas of HR -- from recruitment and training to employment casework and attendance management. This is a site-based role on Castlereagh Road, Belfast.

We produce leading UK bakery brands including Kingsmill, Sunblest and Allinson's. At our Belfast site, we make a range of breads such as 50/50, Batch and Veda, along with pancakes, soda and potato bread.

Key Accountabilities

Advise management on attendance and employment issues.
Improve engagement and culture through communication.
Maintain employee relations and partner with shop stewards.
Deliver training and coach managers.
Handle HR admin and SuccessFactors updates.
Support change programmes.
Lead site training needs and delivery.
Promote H&S and wellbeing; lead MHFA and Dignity & Diversity Champions.

CIPD Qualified is desirable
Experience in a HRBP role
Proven interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills to plan/prioritise workload
Experience of HR systems, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Word
Experienced in delivering training eg Induction, HR Policies and Management Development
