Job Description

We are partnering with a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-site hospitality business to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional ready to step into a broader, more strategic position within a people-centric and values-driven organisation.
As HRBP, you'll be a trusted partner to operational leaders across multiple sites, playing a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, shaping the people agenda, and delivering proactive HR support that aligns with business goals. With a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and culture, you'll help foster a high-performing and supportive working environment across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build influential relationships with senior managers and site leadership teams to drive engagement, retention, and cultural alignment
  • Act as a strategic partner on workforce planning, resourcing, succession, and change management initiatives
  • Lead on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes
  • Oversee the effective use and continuous improvement of the Harri HR platform
  • Analyse and report on key people metrics to inform business decisions and track progress against strategic objectives
  • Support the design and delivery of onboarding, training, and development initiatives that improve capability and enhance employee experience
  • Take ownership of policy development and updates in line with evolving legislation and operational needs
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely data processing across all employee touchpoints
  • Champion employee wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across all sites
  • Provide guidance to line managers on complex HR queries, absence management, and performance concerns
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the people function, identifying opportunities to streamline and optimise HR processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role within a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, HR policies, and employment legislation
  • Demonstrable experience handling employee relations casework independently
  • Confident working in a multi-site environment, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels
  • Highly organised and capable of balancing operational delivery with strategic contribution
  • Comfortable analysing data and using insights to inform decisions
  • Experience using Harri or similar HR platforms is essential
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
