We are seeking to appoint a
Human Resources Business Partner
to join our team as soon as possible. The successful applicant will providing best in class expertise and advice for all matters of Human Resources practice across their dedicated business area, ensuring the best possible support and guidance can be delivered. This role is focused on supporting managers, employees, and the wider business to achieve the best outcomes in the people space, even in challenging situations. While being strategically aware and be able to strike the balance between having the confidence to make sensible decisions but escalating issues when appropriate.
Due to the remote location of the school, Candidates are required to have access to reliable transportation.
As an HRBP your responsibilities would include:
Providing an effective and professional HR service to management and staff in dedicated business areas.
You will be responsible for all day-to-day Human Resource activities required to support your dedicated business area. Taking the Human Resource lead in all employee relations including performance management, grievances, disciplinary, consultation, reorganisation and implementing change in line with School values and policies, and staff engagement activities.
Proactively coach, challenge and guideline managers to help them to support their teams and deliver high performance, whilst mitigating potential risks to the employee and School.
Develop a range of HR metrics and provide data analysis to support the performance of the Organisation. This will include reporting and payroll budget information, such as performance, quality, absence, attrition, and engagement levels.

Desirable attributes:
CIPD Level 5 or above qualified or currently studying for this qualification
Experience working within an educational environment
Minimum 4 years of experience working within the HR profession
Up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law
Previous experience of supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes
Experience of supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new starters
