We're now looking for a
HR Business Partner (HRBP)

The Opportunity
As a
HR Business Partner
, you'll work closely with our operational and departmental managers to unlock potential across their teams. You'll be the go-to partner for driving engagement, managing employee relations, and building effective people strategies that align with our business goals.
You'll also play a key role in shaping our site culture through projects that promote
wellbeing, inclusion, reward and recognition, and talent development
.
This is a visible and influential role where you'll balance hands-on HR delivery with strategic input.
What you'll be doing
Partner with dedicated departments to deliver long-term
people plans
that support growth and retention.
Lead on
employee relations
-- managing investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence cases with fairness and consistency.
Analyse HR data and KPIs to identify trends and drive proactive improvements.
Collaborate with external solicitors and internal leaders to reach timely and commercially sound case outcomes.
Coach and influence managers on effective people practices, leadership behaviours, and performance management.
Champion Cranswick's culture through initiatives in
talent management, engagement, ED&I, wellbeing, and recognition
.
Support and deliver site-wide HR projects in partnership with our wider HR and L&D teams.
Ensure compliance with employment law and HR policies while driving a positive, high-performance culture.
What you'll bring
Proven experience in a
generalist HR role
, including
employee relations case management
.
Strong understanding of
employment law
and HR best practice.
CIPD Level 5 or above
(or working towards) preferred.
Experience in
manufacturing or FMCG
environments advantageous.
Confident communicator -- able to influence at all levels of the business.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for developing others.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
