Are you a strategic, people-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact? We're looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy and driving business success.

About the Role




As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver high-quality HR support, enabling performance, engagement, and growth across the business. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our people practices are aligned with business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive culture.

What You'll Do



Partner with managers to provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and business change. Support and coach leaders to deliver people solutions that drive results. Champion inclusion and wellbeing across the business. Drive a continuous improvement mindset by reviewing processes, simplifying workflows, and implementing practical solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Problem-solving: Identify challenges and develop practical, effective solutions. Creative thinking: Apply innovative approaches to improve HR processes and outcomes. Decision-making: Make informed and confident decisions to support the business and employees. Leverage HR data insights and AI tools to identify trends, predict workforce needs, and inform decision-making. Use people data and dashboards to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making with business stakeholders.

About You




We're looking for someone with:

Experienced HR professional with a track record in employee relations and people management. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. A proactive, solution-focused approach with a strong continuous improvement mindset. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. CIPD Level 5 or qualified by experience.
