London (West End) SALARY: \xc2\xa370,000 - \xc2\xa380,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

A Human Resources Business Partner opportunity within a leading international investment banking firm based in the West End.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful on-boarding and integration of new starters and off-boarding.
  • Support and facilitate the training needs of employees, ensuring they are developed in their roles and learning.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to increase the company\'s EVP.
  • Be a point of contact for business managers, supporting and advising on HR related matters.
  • Managing employee relations cases and partnering with the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, including identifying hiring needs, supporting workforce and succession planning.
  • Play an integral role in the performance development of employees.
  • Oversee the benefits, wellness and compensation packages and initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures.
  • Use internal data and metrics to create and draft reports for management.
  • Take ownership of HR initiatives and HR Projects.
Skills and Experience required:
  • Around 4-7 years of experience in a HR role ideally within the investment banking, financial services, wealth management, management consulting or professional services sectors.
  • Confidence in handling and manipulating data for reporting and presentations.
  • Confidence in ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders quickly and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in using MS Office.
  • Fluency in a European language is a plus but not required.
This is a newly created role due to business growth. The role reports into the Global Chief Talent Officer who is based in the USA with a dotted line into the London based Managing Director. This is a stand-alone position in the London office and it is ideal for a HRBP Generalist who enjoys a varied role.

This role is mostly office based with ad hoc flexibility and opportunities to work from home.
