Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:



Support HR onboarding and orientation program for all Toronto Corporate employees to ensure smooth transition and integration into Canada Goose Manage general HR inbox and respond to inquiries regarding policies and programs; escalate inquiries and matters to appropriate teams as needed Support with HRIS transactions and maintenance of employee records in Workday Manage independent contractor process including maintenance of data integrity and accuracy in Workday, following up with People Managers and offboarding Prepare various HR documentation including offer letters, internal movement letters, confirmation of employment letters, Payroll Action Forms (PAF), etc. Support health and safety programs to ensure a safe and secure work environment through industry best practices Assist with research, analysis, and implementation of programs, reports and projects as required General administrative support including the creation of Purchase Orders, processing invoices, coordinating monthly HR Corporate team meetings, etc. Other related duties and special projects support as required

Experience, Education and Designations:



1-2 years experience in HR administration and/or providing departmental support an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:



Creativity and demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change and ambiguity Ability to work efficiently under pressure Keen sense of time management and flexibility; ability to multi-task A passion for the entire people cycle Exceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy; excellent listening skills Excellent grammar, business letter and report writing skills; a clear and succinct communicator (verbal and written) Excellent technical ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS) Ability to think proactively, critically and independently to make good decisions Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality A team player who builds strong relationships based on trust and integrity Entrepreneurial spirit A clear sense of urgency to achieve results. A "can-do", "let's make it happen" attitude Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of doing things Passionate and determined; a continuous learner
