In this role, you'll provide vital administrative support to HR Business Partners and the HR Manager across the EMEA region. You'll work with systems like Workday and Confirm, draft key HR documents, and help manage employee lifecycle events, all while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The Role:

Support:

Provide day-to-day support to HR Business Partners and HR Managers across EMEA.

Data

Management:

Keep HR databases (Workforce, Workday, Confirm) updated and accurate, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Documentation

Creation:

Draft essential documents like reference letters, contracts, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, and employment verifications.

HR

Coordination:

Help coordinate meetings, interviews, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Employee

Lifecycle:

Support events like hires, promotions, transfers, and exits with timely documentation and system updates.

Query

Management:

Monitor HR shared inboxes and handle employee queries efficiently.

Tracking &

Reporting:

Maintain HR trackers, logs, and reporting tools with precision.

Audits &

Compliance:

Assist with internal audits and ensure adherence to EMEA legal requirements.

Process

Improvement:

Support the implementation of process and system changes, promoting continuous improvement.

Project

Support:

Help with regional HR projects, including engagement surveys and compliance training.
