We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This position requires strong administrative skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of human resources practices and systems.
Duties
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
Conduct data entry for employee records and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary training materials and resources.
Support employee engagement initiatives through social media management and internal communications.
Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to provide guidance to staff.
Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in a human resources role or related administrative position is essential.
Familiarity with HR software such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar systems is highly desirable.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organisation.
Experience in social media management is an advantage.
