We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive individual to join our HR team on a permanent basis.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in a people facing role and possessing a relevant qualification at level 6 or above.
This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring accuracy & confidentiality in our people and business needs.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment admin: record applications, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and communicate outcomes to candidates.
Coordinate smooth onboarding by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accurately entered into the HRIS.
Maintain up-to-date employee records, including time & attendance, training compliance, and probationary periods.
Conduct monthly analysis of equal opportunities data from job applications.
Arrange exit interviews for leavers and support the HR Manager in disciplinary investigations.
Issue employee documents such as reference requests, uniforms, and starter forms, and ensure proper follow-up (e.g., return of uniforms).
Assist with internal communications such as birthday cards and employee recognition events like 'Celebrate Success'.
Support training logistics, including preparing materials and tracking compliance with mandatory training (e.g., First Aid, Fire Safety).
Contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives led by the HR Manager.
Uphold confidentiality and ensure adherence to health & safety policies at all times.
Provide general HR administrative support and respond to ad hoc requests from senior management.
Help foster a positive and supportive workplace culture by assisting in staff engagement and development initiatives.
Experience
A Bachelor's or MSc degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to effectively prioritize tasks.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and maintaining records.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
An interest in and knowledge of the hospitality industry
