With other members of the Team, you will be supporting and assisting the HR Manager, in providing a forward thinking, responsive and professional service ensuring the CMAT always remains complaint with employment law, health and safety, conditions of service, teacher standards, policies and procedures and best practice.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week with 30-minute lunch break. In addition to the salary, there is the provision of joining the Local Government Pension Scheme and a generous holiday entitlement. All holidays must be taken during school closure periods.
