Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

HRIS Officer

to join our dynamic HR team at

Testronic

. This role plays a key part in the efficient operation and enhancement of our Human Resources Information System (

BambooHR

) and requires strong

HRIS administration

,

project coordination

, and

compliance awareness

--particularly in relation to

UK payroll

and

B2B contract management

.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and manage the BambooHR system

, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across employee records and HR documentation. Act as the

first point of contact for HRIS-related queries

, providing system training and user support to HR and other stakeholders. Work closely with HR and IT teams to

coordinate system updates, integrations, and process improvements

.

Generate custom reports and dashboards

to support data-driven HR decisions and business insights. Monitor system performance and

recommend enhancements or new tools

to improve HR operations and user experience.

Draft and manage B2B contracts

, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates in line with legal and organizational policies.

Oversee or support UK payroll activities

, ensuring smooth coordination with finance/payroll providers and adherence to local legislation. Manage and support

HR-related projects

, ensuring timelines, communication, and deliverables are met. Ensure

compliance with data privacy and GDPR regulations

in all HRIS activities and reporting.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in

HRIS administration

--preferably

BambooHR

. Familiarity with

UK payroll processes and legislation

is essential. Experience drafting and managing

B2B contracts

. Strong

project management skills

with the ability to handle multiple priorities. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work across departments and with external partners.
