Job Description
My client is an academy school, forming part of a wider Multi Academy Trust. A HR Manager is required for one of the schools, to lead on all people related process, to include both the operational ER and practical advice to managers, as well as ensure the overall Trust HR Strategy is implemented.
- Work with leaders across to school to support and drive all operational HR requirements, from ER case work to recruitment
- Ensure that the organisation is compliant in all HR Practice, to include partnering with staff managers to support them in their staff management
- Provide HR solutions which are responsive, balanced, fair and compassionate to the requirements of employees and managers.
- Advise the managers on the implications of school policy and people strategy
- Maintain and grow partnerships with other stakeholders supporting the ethos of the Trust.
- Supervise HR Assistant.
- Support and travel to other local schools as part of a broader HR network (all within the very local area)
