The Role:



We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to support our organisation's HR functions and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.

The Ideal Candidate:



Proven experience within Human Resources.



Understanding of human resources principles, employment law, and organisational policies.



Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.



Proficiency in data entry and management within various HR platforms.



Familiarity with social media management for employer branding or recruitment purposes.



Administrative experience supporting HR functions or related fields.



Sage payroll experience



Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Duties



Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and staff.



Manage and update HR information systems such as payroll and AIT systems.



Support recruitment processes from start to finish.



Assist with onboarding programmes, training sessions, and employee development initiatives.



Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across company platforms.



Complete payroll and administrative teams to ensure seamless HR operations.



Manage social media accounts related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns.



Facilitate communication between departments through effective social media management and internal messaging tools.



Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities.



Assist in analysing HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications Needed:



CIPD level 3 would be advantageous Mental Health training
