Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Resource Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing employee data, supporting recruitment processes, and maintaining HR systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in HRIS platforms to contribute to organisational efficiency and employee engagement. The Resource Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, supporting HRIS management, and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Duties



Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support the recruitment process by updating candidate information within Salesforce and other applicant tracking systems. Assist in onboarding activities, including data entry and document management within HR databases. Coordinate social media management related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns. Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making processes. Facilitate communication between Human Resources and other departments through effective written and verbal communication skills. Support administrative tasks related to human resources functions, including scheduling interviews and maintaining personnel records. Ensure compliance with organisational policies regarding data privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements



Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar systems. Strong administrative experience with excellent data entry skills. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools used in recruitment or employee management. Experience with social media management for professional or employer branding purposes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively across teams. Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures. Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in using ATS platforms for candidate tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
