, an FCA-licensed investment company with an office in London, is seeking to recruit an HR Specialist to join its team in London. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional investment firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Handle employment agreements, visa applications, and work permit processes

Support employee engagement activities, training initiatives, and team-building events

Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to staff and management on policies and procedures

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services

Knowledge of UK labor law is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
