We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead our HR team and oversee all human resources functions within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services across the organisation.
Oversee recruitment processes using ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing development programmes.
Utilise HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and analyse data for strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Conduct performance management reviews and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee engagement.
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies to managers and staff.
Prepare presentations for leadership meetings, summarising HR metrics and insights derived from data analysis skills.
Ensure effective utilisation of management tools such as Workday and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Supervise the implementation of HR projects aimed at organisational development and culture enhancement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management with a minimum of Supervising experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems; experience with ATS tools is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively for strategic planning.
Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
