Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Human Resources Shared Services Admin Apprentice to join our HR Shared Services team at our Market Drayton site.

The HR Systems Administrator Apprentice will be part of a small team who are integral to the development and success of HR. The team is responsible for the provision of quality service and information across all areas of HR and provide applications and systems maintenance, configuration and development to support functions and users.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with between 6 to 8 hours of study time each week. We are offering a competitive salary and package and the opportunity to work with forward thinking market leader.

Job responsibilities of HR Shared Services Admin Apprentice include:

• Be system expert on all of our HR systems (Time & Attendance/HR &Payroll System/SAP)
• Undertake other projects as identified in the course of your work
• Represent the Company & values of the business, portraying a professional and business like image
• Support Users of the system with queries and requests
• Provide Stakeholders with High End Level Reporting
• Data Cleanse systems
• Maintain processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Be professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general HR operation.
• Have GCSE Maths and English grade C (4) and above.
