Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.

Duties

Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions. Conduct system inspections and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.

Skills

Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems. Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, SolidWorks, MicroStation, Civil 3D, NavisWorks for design and planning purposes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Attention to detail in both installation processes and maintenance checks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
