We are a passionate, successful and enthusiastic family-owned business specialising in commercial heating and air conditioning servicing, maintenance and new installs, working in commercial and industrial environments across the south of England.

Due to continued growth within the mechanical services division, the company is seeking a highly skilled mechanical services specialist to join their well-established team of field engineers.

The company has a driven and experienced operations support team based at their office in Winnersh, who skilfully support day to day operations, engineer scheduling, keeping clients updated with ETA's and making sure you have the parts and specialist equipment required to complete your work.

About the Role:


You'll be responsible for installing and maintaining a variety of commercial heating systems, including full plant rooms and individual boiler replacements. It will involve plumbing tasks associated to heating systems. The role involves both planned installation work and reactive repairs.

Are you the right person for the job?



Proven experience with commercial boiler installations and plumbing systems Proven experience of working on AHUs Good understanding of LTHW (Low Temperature Hot Water) and DHW (Domestic Hot Water) systems Ability to safely drain down systems Skilled in both copper and steel pipework installations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Gas safe an advantage but not mandatory IPAF an advantage but not mandatory PASMA an advantage but not mandatory Hot water systems & safety (Including G3 unvented HWS) an advantage but not mandatory Excellent awareness of current health and safety regulations Capable of working efficiently, effectively and diligently without the need for close supervision Passionate about completing their work to a high standard Have a professional approach and great communication skills

What will your role look like?



Install and maintain commercial heating equipment associated to heating system and plumbing systems Work on full plant room installations and single boiler swaps Carry out reactive repairs as required Install and service components such as but not limited to: Pumps Expansion vessels Bellows Pressurisation Units Valves and PRVs Copper pipe (press-fit and brazed) Steel pipe (threaded and welded) Plate heat exchangers Radiator and TMVs General Heating system plumbing works

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
