McCulloughs Ltd are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Project Manager who is looking to take on challenges and progress a long-term career with opportunities for training and development. 50,000 to 60,000

Your key responsibilities will include:
Evaluating equipment and resources required for each project
Purchasing equipment and allocating labour
Assessing diagrams and technical drawings
Liaising with the fabrication workshop regarding the production of resources
Developing risk assessments and method statements
Cost analyses and management reporting
Project monitoring
Attending site meetings as required
Liaising with customers and suppliers as required
Ideally, you'll have:
A full clean driving licence
Mechanical Engineering qualification e.g. Mechanical Engineering BEng
Management training
CSCS card
SMSTS or SSSTS
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to read drawings
Strong construction experience
Good standard of health and safety awareness
Be able to use 4P and DataScope
