Group Technology Infrastructure (GTI) has articulated a bold new vision and strategy to simplify, rationalise and rebalance the estate to reduce risk and optimise cost. This strategy includes the transformation of its Hosting services to a simplified and modernised Hybrid Cloud (Private + Public) target state wherein applications will be hosted on the optimal environment / platforms to balance business value, financial costs and operational risk. This Key Deliverable will execute the Hosting services aspect of the GTI Strategy.
In this role you will work with each business division in Deutsche Bank to drive application migrations to the Hybrid Cloud.

Your key responsibilities
  • Overseeing the delivery of app migrations to the Hybrid Cloud
  • Managing issues and risks to app migration, as well as cross-stream dependencies to ensure key blockers are mitigated or escalated efficiently
  • Ensure that the documentation and tracking of all requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, and other related project artefacts are maintained
  • Managing the delivery and maintenance of automated reporting solutions to provide clarity on key program metrics
  • Leading the Quarterly Planning for application migrations
  • Ensuring successful delivery of cloud technology aligned to the Bank's strategic goals
Your skills and experience
  • Demonstrable experience in governing portfolios of complex transformation programmes with standardised methodologies or frameworks
  • Experience in the refinement, deployment and general usage of standard governance methods
  • Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate programme risks and dependencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Broad experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing diverse stakeholders and team members
  • Technical experience in Google Cloud Platform migrations preferred
