Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a
Senior Manager, Technology Programmes
, we're looking for:
Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience managing large, complex business change programmes with IT components.
Strong background in infrastructure change rather than software.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
A solid understanding and appreciation of different delivery methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile, with experience in selecting and applying the most appropriate approach based on project needs.
