Job description



Today we hope to grow the team with a talented individual able to support the Managing Partner. This is a crucial role that combines traditional PA duties with a range of other administrative responsibilities. We're looking for somebody who can take initiative and work independently and so expect you to anticipate needs, solve problems autonomously, and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Finance:

Raising invoices Account receivables Timesheets Expenses
Marketing:

Website Social media Branding
Project and Clients:

Arranging meetings Diary management Document reviews Presentation development
Sales:

Bid management Proposal support
Office Management:

Social events management Purchasing Equipment management
Director Needs:

Any administrative task required by managing director.
Recruitment:

Manage recruitment trackers Complete scheduling required for interviews. Liaise with recruiters to aid fulfil business requirements.
The role will be home based, and specific hours can be flexible making it ideal for those having to balance other priorities in their lives. However, although the role of virtual in nature it will be based in Leamington as the Managing Partner lives there.

We expect there to be anything between 4 and 16 hours of work a week , but will vary from time to time. Should the workload change we will ensure that the salary is adjusted to reflect this. The work can be done to fit in with your other commitments (within reason).

You must:

be well organised and disciplined have experience in office administration have experience in business development articulate (orally and written) fluent in MS Office have social media skills be very local to Leamington Spa be flexible in working hours e.g. multiple hours of work one day and none the next. be able to work as part of a team. Teamwork is incredibly important at AllThorpe. have excellent communication skills.
So, if you have strong administrative skill, are well organised, disciplined, self starting, intelligent but only wanting/ able to provide between 4-16 hours of stimulating work a week, then this may be the right role for you.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 18,000.00-25,000.00 per year
