We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join IP&I, supporting the Managing Director of Investments to ensure the effective use of their time and maximising their ability to contribute to the management and development of the group.


What you'll be doing:



Manage complex diary and inbox tasks, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication flow. Process and test data using established and new procedures to identify potential improvements. Support senior colleagues in managing client relationships through established systems and protocols. Prepare and follow up on routine correspondence and reports, ensuring timely resolution of pending issues. Create complex documents using multiple applications and compiles data for special reports. Continuously develop skills through training and support others, while coordinating logistics for complex events.

What you'll need:



Experience in investment operations or asset servicing within financial services Strong understanding of operational controls and data governance Ability to lead external relationships and ensure service delivery Proven track record of supporting change initiatives and operational improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
