The hours of work and shift patterns are:

06:00 - 1800, 4on 4off

The rate of pay is:

16.81 per hour + 10% Night shift allowance (between 10pm - 6am)

Main Responsibilities:

You be responsible for managing those in your team and directing them in maintaining good hygiene standards within the production and processing area and in achieving agreed key performance standards.


You will organise and prioritise the work of the team and encourage your colleagues to work to their highest potential.

Ideal Candidate:

People are our priority and our ideal candidate will demonstrate that they have effective people management skills. A good understanding of manufacturing hygiene standards. You will be required after probation to work towards completing relevant industry recognised qualifications. A sufficient understanding of written and spoken English in order to communicate with colleagues and peers effectively. Experience of using computer based applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams or similar). Committed to contributing to 2 Sisters' delivery of excellent products to our end user.
