Job Description

We are a Shawbury-based egg processing and packing company looking for a reliable, experienced, and hardworking

to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Shift

: Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement hygiene policies, procedures, and cleaning schedules. Ensure compliance with BRC, customer, and legislative standards. Lead, train, and develop hygiene supervisors and operatives. Conduct audits and inspections, reporting findings and corrective actions. Manage chemical usage, COSHH documentation, and hygiene budgets. Collaborate with Technical and Production teams to support safe food production. Act as the key contact during hygiene-related audits and customer visits.

What We're Looking For

Reliable and proactive Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good awareness of hygiene and safety standards Previous experience in food production is a plus
