All machinery, equipment, storage and manufacturing areas meet the strict standards of hygiene.
Assistance is provided to develop company cleaning instructions
Cleaning is carried out in accordance with the company cleaning instructions
Cleaning is carried out to set standards to ensure there are no food or allergen residues present in critical areas.
Chemicals are handled, diluted and used at correct concentrations.
PPE required for the tasks carried out is worn at all times.
Management of hygiene equipment and stock levels required for the tasks is maintained
Working closely with other hygiene operatives in the team
Cleaning of offices, changing areas, canteen, toilets and building exterior
The site complies with all legislative and regulatory requirements in relation to: BRC standard, COSHH; Food Hygiene
Site waste is managed and disposed of in line with operational procedures
All housekeeping activities are adhered to
All company policy is complied with and supported
All Health & safety procedures are adhered to in the bakery
Personal training and development needs are identified with manager
All relevant training is attended
Induction, company training and appraisal is supported as required
Any other duties are carried out as appropriate
Time and Days:
37.5 hours per week.
Working hours will be rota based 5x work shifts between Sunday-Friday and times will vary between 6am-5pm.
