Are you passionate about maintaining high hygiene standards and working in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our dedicated team in Milton Keynes.

Shift Pattern:

6am - 6pm, 3on 3off rotating shift pattern

Pay: 12.92 p/h

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Hygiene Operative, you'll be an essential part of the production team, ensuring all hygiene standards are met or exceeded. Your day-to-day will include:


Thoroughly cleaning production lines and equipment to the highest standards Completing hygiene tasks as directed by the Hygiene Team Leader Ensuring accurate completion of cleaning records and reports Proactively reporting any hygiene or food safety concerns Following strict food safety and manual handling procedures Removing waste correctly and minimising environmental impact Wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining hygiene practices at all times

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a

food manufacturing environment

Understanding of

food hygiene and safety standards

(Food Hygiene Level 2, HACCP Level 2, COSHH Level 1) Strong awareness of

HACCP principles

and hygiene best practices Reliable, energetic, and self-motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude Comfortable working in both high-risk and low-risk areas
