4 on, 4 off night shift pattern

What You Can Expect as a Hygiene Operative working for AMFRESH:


You will ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in designated areas of our production facility. You will adhere to and implement relevant cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are clean and sanitized. Prioritize Health and Safety procedures to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate closely with team members to uphold hygiene standards and promote a culture of cleanliness.

About You

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Experience of FMCG, ideally food manufacturing Proven experience in driving through continuous improvement activities Excellent Planning and organisational skills Good all round communication skills. A keen eye for detail Behavioural safety Customer manufacturing standards Previous knowledge in factory cleaning.
