Vickerstock are delighted to be once again partnering with our client, one of Northern Ireland's leading ready meal producers on the appointment of Hygiene Supervisor for their Belfast based site
The successful Hygiene Supervisor will lead the team and make sure our kitchen and production lines stay clean and compliant with hygiene standards. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised environment to support our kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support hygiene team
- Ensure all areas (kitchen, storage, equipment, and facilities) are cleaned to a high standard
- Follow and enforce hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Complete regular checks, audits, and documentation
- Manage cleaning schedules and stock of cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance or safety issues
- Provide training and guidance to new or junior team members
- Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning supervisor role (hospitality/food industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good attention to detail and high standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
