Position: Berties Ice Cream Team Member
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to 12.21 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Bertie's Ice Cream Team Member, where you'll be at the heart of creating memorable moments for our guests, one scoop at a time. In this role, you'll add a sprinkle of joy by crafting tasty ice creams and dreamy sundaes, serving up smiles with every treat!
Key Responsibilities
Scoop, prepare, and serve delicious ice creams and sundaes, ensuring each treat is beautifully presented.
Provide a warm, welcoming experience, assisting guests with flavour choices and providing helpful answers about menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the counter, service areas, and seating spaces, upholding high hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Ice Cream Assistant is a plus, but not essential.
Experience in a customer-facing or food service role is beneficial.
Strong guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
