Job Summary
We are seeking an Ice Cream Maker to join our team at a bustling ice cream parlour in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious frozen treats and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and churn a variety of ice cream flavours using commercial ice cream machines
- Assist customers in selecting flavours and toppings, providing recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area and workstations
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the ice cream making process
- Support with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous
- Ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service
- Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
