We are expanding our on-street charging capability and introducing a new function focused on the

Independent Connection Provider (ICP) stage

of delivery. We are seeking a ICP Design and Delivery Managerto take full ownership of this workstream and become our internal subject matter expert for underground electrical connections, DNO liaison and technical design.


This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a new area of the business, working end-to-end across design, approvals, pricing, scheduling and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing



Lead and manage the full ICP lifecycle for on-street EV charging installations. Oversee underground cable design, routing and connections from the DNO/IDNO network to our street-level charging infrastructure. Act as the primary liaison with DNOs and IDNOs, driving technical approvals and resolving queries quickly. Read, interpret and create electrical designs, ensuring all work meets NERS, DNO and regulatory standards. Own ICP pricing models, validate quotes, and maintain accurate cost and resource forecasting. Manage multi-site delivery programmes -- accountable for schedule, cost, quality and safety. Lead internal planning sessions and represent the ICP function in client, supplier and executive meetings. Identify risks, manage constraints (including civils), and resequence works to maintain throughput and SLAs.

What We're Looking For



Strong experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally within ICP, DNO/IDNO, EV infrastructure or utilities. Understanding of underground LV connections, DNO processes and network standards. Ability to read and produce electrical designs, build packs and technical documentation. Proven experience owning pricing, forecasting, budgets and delivery performance. Confident working with clients, suppliers, and technical stakeholders at senior level. NERS experience (or exposure to NERS environments) is highly desirable. A self-starter who can take the lead in building and shaping a new technical function.
