Job Title: ICT Teacher

Salary: \xc2\xa3140 - \xc2\xa3190 per day
Start Date: September 2023

This is a unique role where you can inspire students at the secondary school level and equip them with essential digital skills for their future.

As an ICT Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and innovative ICT lessons, fostering students\' digital literacy and enabling them to navigate the evolving world of technology. You will have the opportunity to create a stimulating learning environment, adapt teaching methods to individual needs, and prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive ICT lessons, covering a range of topics such as computer programming, digital media, and information systems
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, catering to the diverse needs of students
• Integrate industry-relevant practices and real-world applications to enhance students\' understanding of ICT concepts
• Utilize a variety of teaching resources and technologies to engage students and facilitate their ICT skills development
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement individualized education plans for students with specific learning requirements
• Assess students\' progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their achievements in ICT

Requirements:

• A degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field (Qualified teacher status - QTS - is desirable but not mandatory)
• Proven experience teaching ICT or Computer Science at the secondary school or college level
• Strong knowledge of ICT concepts, programming languages, and digital tools/software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students
• A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
