. The successful candidate will play a key role in the
design, implementation, and maintenance of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
solutions to strengthen the organization's security posture.
The immediate focus of this role will involve discovery and deployment tasks to build out the SailPoint IGA solution, working closely with the Lead Engineer and Architect to deliver the initial implementation and subsequently enhance and expand the solution across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Implementation:
Develop, document, and implement comprehensive IGA solutions using SailPoint and automation tools. Apply best practices for enterprise-scale deployment.
Management & Maintenance:
Support and improve day-to-day IGA operations, contributing to the development of operational models ensuring system performance, security, and compliance.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve identity and access-related issues; provide expert-level technical support to internal stakeholders.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure all identity solutions adhere to organizational security, privacy, and compliance standards. Implement and enforce related controls.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed technical documentation of system configurations, integration workflows, operational processes, and best practices.
Operational Handover:
Define and document operational processes and collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth, sustainable production deployment and ownership.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in implementing and managing
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
or other SailPoint solutions.
Strong understanding of
Identity Lifecycle Management
, provisioning, and access control frameworks.
Hands-on experience with
connectors, workflows, identity merges, and integrations
between SailPoint and enterprise systems.
Proficiency in
PowerShell scripting
, API integration, and
automation frameworks
(e.g., Terraform, GitHub).
Familiarity with
Active Directory, Entra ID
, and related identity infrastructure.
Excellent
troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving
skills.
Strong
verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Experience working in a
DevOps environment
with exposure to CI/CD and automation toolsets is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in
SailPoint, Identity Management, or Cloud Security
.
Experience contributing to enterprise-scale
Identity Governance
implementations.
