What will you be doing?




We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our Financial Planning team in Bracknell, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

As an IFA Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:



Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes. Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact. Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable. Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required) Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should



1 years experience working within Financial Services is essential Strong knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds etc would be preferable but not essential An ambition to build a career within financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop A strong ethic of client service Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills
