As an IFM Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless operation and maintenance of our integrated facilities management services across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and services are functioning efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Your core duties will include managing vendor contracts, coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, and supervising on-site facilities teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will also oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives, energy management programs, and cost-saving strategies to optimize asset performance and reduce operational expenses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in facilities management, preferably within an IFM environment, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. You should be adept at budget management, reporting, and performance analysis, with the ability to identify operational risks and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, contractors, and service providers. A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as IFMA, BIFM, or similar. Prior experience managing diverse portfolios and a strong understanding of HSE regulations are highly desirable.
