Introduction

We are looking for high-caliber undergraduate or graduate students in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Banking or other related fields who are interested in working in the M&A Advisory team.



You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a multi-cultural team, comprised of professionals with varied backgrounds who are dedicated to the daily activities associated with M&A Function.



Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are what we are looking for in our new colleagues.

Activities

Main activities / tasks:
To support the M&A function with day-to-day activities including preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials. Gather public information through numerous sources Analyse company performance on an absolute and relative basis Assist in the creation of models for financial analysis, forecasts and valuation metrics Assist in the drafting of "teasers" and Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side assignments Assist in the execution of deals Produce and maintain various databases

What you will learn

You will support the M&A team in day-to-day desk activities, marketing pitchbooks and related materials. You will assist senior colleagues in the executions of deals and in the production of all relevant material.

Requirements

----------------



Degree in economics and financial disciplines highly preferred, engineering degrees can also be considered Proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge in Corporate Finance and Accounting analysis Knowledge and application skills of the main company valuation methods (DCF, LBO analysis, Multiples)

The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take an interview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
