Dash Media is an established web design agency in Darlington creating high-quality, bespoke, performance-driven websites that help businesses thrive in an increasingly competitive online space.

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, communicating the value of our website design and development services, and closing sales. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious team and make a significant impact on the growth of our business.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a full time, office-based position. We are not looking for remote working candidates at this time.

Benefits of being our Business Development Manager:

Excellent Basic Salary of 30,000 with uncapped commission (OTE 70K) 37.5 hour week - Shifts Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Company pension Free parking Company social events

Responsibilities for our Business Development Manager:

Self generate new business leads using multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn etc) to engage prospects and set up discovery meetings Meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and target businesses through cold calling. Conduct telephone and in-person visits to present our web design and development solutions to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Understand the unique needs and pain points of each prospect and tailor product offerings accordingly. Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our solutions, addressing any questions or objections. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements for our Business Development Manager:

Proven experience in a new business sales role pref. B2B. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPI's / sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

Nice to Haves:

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Knowledge of the web design/ development industry.
