Job Overview

Legacy Immigration, part of Legacy Travel Limited, is seeking a

knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Advisor

to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK immigration processes, compliance requirements, and excellent communication skills to assist clients throughout their immigration journey.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through complex visa and settlement applications with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert, compliant advice on UK immigration rules, policies, and documentation requirements. Assist clients with the preparation and submission of immigration applications including Visit, Student, Skilled Worker, Family, and Settlement routes. Conduct client consultations (in person or online) to assess eligibility and develop tailored immigration strategies. Maintain accurate client case files and documentation in compliance with OISC and GDPR standards. Update and manage client data through CRM and case-management platforms. Collaborate with the travel and education departments to provide seamless end-to-end client support. Manage emails, appointments, and client communications to ensure efficient case handling. Support outreach and marketing initiatives, including managing professional social media updates related to immigration services.

Experience & Qualifications

OISC Level Certification

(or equivalent qualification with immigration advisory rights) Proven experience in immigration services, legal practice, or a related client-advisory role. Strong knowledge of UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) procedures and Home Office systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using HRIS or CRM platforms. Administrative experience demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking skills. Sales or client-management experience will be encouraged.

Preferred Attributes

Previous work with international students, skilled professionals, or family visa clients. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with empathy and cultural awareness. Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially South Asian or Middle Eastern languages).
