We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Immigration Solicitor or Immigration Adviser (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for providing exceptional legal services. This role involves representing clients in various legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and delivering sound legal advice tailored to client needs.

Duties

Provide Immigration legal advice to clients on a range of issues, including contract law, property law, and family law. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and court filings. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed counsel. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate, or Immigration Adviser with OISC Level 2 or above. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex legal information. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 27,062.34-35,000.00 per year
